Social Media Services.
We provide a range of services to assist companies in using social media more effectively. It is important for companies to become involved in the conversations going on on social media about their brand or their product / service category, and all of our work is designed to help them do that.
Strategy: Through discussions with your team, we will help you to devise a measurable and achievable strategy, and ensure that you have the skills and tools to achieve the goals of that strategy.
Monitoring: We will help you to set up the monitoring program appropriate for your requirements, and ensure that this program provides the required measurements to measure and track the activities carried out to further your social media strategy.
Prices will vary, depending on the monitoring tools used.
Community Management: Where required, we can provide part time interim community management services, to carry out the activities specified in your social media strategy for you. We do this for a finite time period, with a definite hand-over period.
Charges are based on a rate of £60.00 per hour, and depend on the amount of work required.
Mentoring: We act as a help desk, answering any questions you may have, and spend fifteen minutes each day looking at your activity on social media and suggesting ways in which it can be improved.
Mentoring packages are prepaid, as follows:
5 hours – £300
10 hours – £570
20 hours – £1080
Training: In addition to our on-going “Understanding Social Media” course, which is delivered by email on a continuous basis, we can provide courses tailored for your specific requirements.
